I had exactly enough leftovers for one Fajita. I even had a delicious avocado to eat with it.
My oldest had tried to claim it, so I had it hidden in the back of the fridge.
Hubby was at work so I fed the kids Peanut Butter sandwiches (on white rolls to make it appealing) then kissed them all soundly and put them to bed.
Then I devoured that last Fajita!
